Recognises examples of good practice which have been developed by providers and sub-contractors. Good practice is something we can share with others and adopt in many areas of business and is certainly something to take pride in within the project.

Recognises integrity in how we look after the people in our care. This is a something highly valued by both HMPPS and ESF and is paramount when delivering the CFO3 programme.

Innovation - HMPPS CFO Award Ceremony 2017

This is particularly useful within CFO3 as innovative delivery is a focus of each ESF programme. The changing landscape of the criminal justice system also affords opportunities to reflect on approaches to delivery and develop better ways to deliver offender services.

Effective partnerships with key stakeholders requires a vast amount of determination, strong will and an adaptive approach. It is evident that effective engagement with key stakeholders certainly does have a positive impact on CFO3 delivery and ensure ESF delivery remains at the forefront of delivery for the offender cohort.
